Description of the property:
Meadowoods Guest House is situated on top of a hill in the middle of twenty-five acres. The windows reveal lovely vistas of rolling farms and woodlands. We are located in the Granville Agricultural District yet minutes away from the Village of Granville and Denison University. Explore the area, star-gaze, cross-country ski, hike (we border Denison's woods), bike, or jog.  This is a wildlife preserve so watch the flora and fauna during the changing seasons. 

Description of the house:
Meadowoods Guest House is only used by you and your guest(s), and may include one or more couples or families, dependent upon how many of the four bedrooms you will need. The living, dining, family, and laundry rooms, kitchen, and lanai are ready for your enjoyment. Meadowoods Guest House includes telephone service for local as well as U.S. long distance calls at no additional charge, wireless internet service and a TV with VHS and DVD with a library of tapes, DVDs and books.  There are plenty of bed linens and towels and the kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with such items as herbs and spices.
    
Bedrooms: There is a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and bathroom with a shower/bathtub, as well as a private deck on the first floor. There is a trundle bed with the day bed in the Master Suite that accomodates two more guests.

 The first floor has a second bedroom with a full-size bed and a private bath with a Jacuzzi tub across the hall. 
    
Two additional bedrooms are on the second floor. One bedroom has twin beds, and the second bedroom has a king-size bed. The upstairs bathroom has a shower/bathtub. 

Special Rate Denison University Commencement Weekend $100 per room 2 night minimum! 

Rental Rate: The rental rate is $125.00 per room for two people in each room. The Master Suite is $200.00 and accomodates 4 people. Maximum capacity is 10 people in the house. There is a two bedroom, two-night minimum stay or if all the bedrooms are needed, the rate is $489 per night.
  
Prices vary if you stay for a week or a month.
      
One half deposit is required at booking and the remainder upon your arrival.
